  22.     Frank, I guess you are the person to answer this. What is the
  23. upgrade policy for win95 kermit? In the future after I buy the program 
  24. will I then have to pay extra for the updates as they become available?
  25. Also I assume the license is with the user not the machine, is this
  26. right? And finially will this run on win nt 3.51+ system?
